BotlinQ provides AI automation across three channels from one dashboard: WhatsApp (via WhatsApp Business API), Instagram (DM and comment automation), and your Website (chat widget). All conversations appear in a single unified inbox.

WhatsApp conversation charges are fees mandated by Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) for businesses using the WhatsApp Business API. These are separate from your BotlinQ subscription fee and are based on the number and type of conversations. Our team will explain the exact pricing during setup so there are no surprises.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at care@botlinq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See our full Refund Policy for details.
